Hi
I work with 10m9U4 and the phonegap icon is not present on the springboard.
If I do a right click, I have only the option to install Mobile Web Application.
How does it possible to install it ?

PhoneGap API emulation temporarily removed.
We originally included phonegap support as an experimental feature and have not kept it up to date. As we approach the 1.0 production release we did not feel it was proper to include what is basically an unsupported feature. So we made the decision to roll phonegap features out of MobiOne for a couple of months. We plan to reintroduce this feature set fully updated and with proper support following the 1.0 production release.
