I get no UML capabilities with 4.0.2 on Windows. I get the perspective but no UML on the menu bar and no functionality. Help! 😥
You need to create a UMR file to start with. (File>New>MyEclipse>Uml… ). Also since you are new to MyUML please take a moment to read the quickstart here: http://www.myeclipseide.com/images/tutorials/quickstarts/uml/
