Hi all is there no way using myeclpse to add a column to an existing table? or must we manually delete the table and recreate it with the new column?

I have been using Clay for Database creation/tables..but alas it has its own limits, does anyone have any good recomendations on Database creation tools (I’m using mysql), other then manually typing out the sql?

You will have to delete the table and recreate it with the new column.

yeah, thats kinda what I figured, do you know if myeclipse is planning on creating a clay like tool with a feature rich database creation tools? seams like this would be a logical step to make myeclipse, since it soo close to being able to do that already.

We don’t have that on the cards at the moment but I’ll note this down as a feature request from you.
