Not able to open up URL in Web 2.0 browser

The Web 2.0 browser doesn’t currently support a proxy, but you should know from your network administrator if you are behind a proxy or not which may explain why you cannot load pages directly.
Yes , i am behind a proxy.
So does it mean that i cannot use Web 2.0 & AJAX features on MYEclipseIDE if i am behind a proxy.
Plz give a detailed answer, as i am evaluating MYEclipse IDE for my company & having AJAX toolkit is a must for us.Yes you can use all the Web 2.0 features as long as you don’t need to use them outside the proxy. For example, if you rae developing software on your local machine you have the full AJAX debugging capabilities and the Web2.0 browser available to you, but if you are trying to attach to an external site you may run into a problem.
