I am trying to view the resource history of one of our files that I got from our CVS – When I click view resource history – it prompts me for a password – and then nothing happens.
My co-workers do the same thing and they get a bunch of versions for the same file. We know that there are versions out there….but it’s not working for me.
I just started with this company – and haven’t worked on any of the projects yet. I just installed everything but have the same versions as they do –

Moving to OT > Soft Dev, CVS functionality is from base Eclipse install.
What I suggest you try is erase the file from your local install, then right click on the package you are working on, do Replace With > Latest from HEAD, when the file has been pulled back down, try and do a history on it again.
Also make sure you aren’t trying to check the local history, as you said, you have just started at this company so you wouldn’t HAVE any local history, but the CVS history should show up… IIRC it is accessible by some non-intuitive option on that Team menu, I ran into it once, but it wasn’t where I expected it to be.
