    I have recently purchased mobione studio and I have never received the activation key, nor any email from you.
    I have sent several emails to you and no answer
    I have also requested my “lost activation key” and the same

    ¿Could you send it to me please?
    If you need my purchase invoice you can check your records of

    What address are you emailing, maybe try sales at genuitec dot com or support at genuitec dot com
    or info at genuitec dot com

    I have sent emails to:

    sales at genuitec.com
    info at genuitec.com
    subscriptions at genuitec.com

    and no answer at all!!!

    Hi Domiciliaria,

    I have contacted sales team and they told me that have sent you your code several times, looks like your email is filtering it out as spam or blocking our address all together. Please send us an alternative email where we can send you again your code: sales at genuitec dot com and also include support at genuitec dot com on cc list.
