On editing a current connection it creates a new connection

    basically what the title says when i edit a current connection it recreates the connection with the same name but with the updated values not sure if this is a refresh issue

    im running eclipse 3.0.1 on os 10.3.7 with myeclipse 3.8.4

    Log file entries? I need to know if there are any problems showing up there. Also, does this happen with any connection profile…try creating one with a non-DBX database profile template (do not worry about having the actual driver JAR file in place), then editing it. Since you are on OS X, this potentially could be a widget thing…seems to be a theme.
