Sorry that you are seeing this issue.
Please share with us more details about which perspectives you are switching to. Please clarify if the issue persists with a new workspace as well.
I assume the error does not prevent from switching between the perspectives. Let us know if it does.
The log file is missing from your report. Please change the .log file extension to .txt and attach it for further investigation. Before sending the .log file, clear its contents and replicate the issue.
