As your email support did not respond to my support request I try this forum in hope that I get answer to this problem:

When I try to execute my lenghty PL/SQL to create a stored procedure I get
    the following error dialog:

setString can only process strings of less than 32766 characters.

The script in question is a long one. It works well
    with shorter pl/sql scripts.

    Best regards,

    arska,
We are sorry that someone didn’t reply to your email, it could possibly be on someone’s TODO list that they haven’t gotten to yet. In the mean time I would say that the error is pretty straight forward, we will look into the possibility of expanding the size of allowable procedures, but for the time being you may need to use an alternative tool to execute your huge query.
