I think the features posted on the above link are very impressive. Please read it… some of it applys to the J2EE space and some would only apply to the .NET space. Things I liked: DnD controls for navigation, login, remember me, logout, forgot password, role management, profile, site navigation, breadcrumbs, menus, trees, etc.; page/project templates for portals, reporting, communities; multiple deployment methods; web page themes. There were massive usability improvements made to the Visual Studio tool. Some of those would apply to Eclipse/ME as well.
