Do you know when MyEclipse will be supporting the JSR-168 spec for portlets ? Lomboz supports Ezo & Liferay (open source Portals) Any idea ? I would like to officially request this feature. It would save us a lot of time. I would also request the ability to dynamically add data to a result set in the data explorer.

    Hey Paul,

We don’t have any concrete plans for Portlet support in our upcoming releases. But we will add your feature request to the growing list of features for us to consider. Thanks for your report.

Could you expand a little more on your 2nd request about the data explorer? I wasn’t quite clear on that one.

The query data tool is hard to work with. I can not add rows by just inserting them on a grid to test code. We have to bring up MySql Query tools. Why not add this functionality every other tool has it. The ability to graphically add data to a result set queried like Oracle, MS SQL server and My SQL have in their tools. If you had it We could stay in one environment.
