So I have been experimenting on a trial version of SDC. When we get the proper installation on our server, can I in some way export and import my current configurations? Such as the packages, policies, etc.

Unfortunately SDC does not have that functionality at this time. Could you please expose what is the usage flow you are thinking to use with this feature, so we have more information to understand what is the problem that you are trying to solve.

The typically usage flow would be if the SDC server is deployed on one server and we would like to move it to another one.

If there is one directory we could copy that would contain all the configuration, then that would work too.

To move your configuration to one server to a second one, please try the following steps:

1. Install the server on the new box
2. Shut down both servers
3. Copy DataFiles to the new machine, completely replacing the existing DataFiles folder (delete the old one before copying over the copy)
4. Start the new server
