Should there be any problems having 2 separate installations of Eclipse/myEclipse installed on the same system (XP Pro)?

Set 1:
Eclipse 2.1.3 installed at c:\eclipse-2.1.3 with workspace c:\ws1
myEclipse 2.7.1 installed at c:\Program Files\MyEclipse

Set 2:
Eclipse 3.1 installed at c:\eclipse-3.1 with workspace c:\ws2
myEclipse 3.8 installed at c:\Program Files\MyEclipse3.8

What about any conflicting registry entries or Start button entries?

Guess I could use the manual installation, right?

(We are considering such a configuration for phased migration of our projects.)
