Riyad KallaMemberxsun,
I *just* helped someone with this problem not more than 2 or 3 days ago, and after checking his log file he had numerous platform exceptions occuring and ended up reinstalling.Lets try and take a look at your log file first and see if we can avoid the reinstall. It should be located at: <workspace dir>\.metadata\.log, please grab the last 2 or 3 entries starting with “!SESSION———-” and paste them into a message here for us to look at.
xsunMemberThis problem has happened to my coworker a few times, she’s reinstalled to get rid of the problem, this problem has happened to her a few times. We would like to find the root cause of it. Here is from her log file. Thanks!

Riyad KallaMemberYou can try and remove the cache of the workbench’s config by erasing the <workbench dir>\.metadata\.config directory (or to be safe, moving it to your desktop out of the workspace dir).
I don’t see any terrible exceptions in the log though, does this happen every time?
