There is the possibility to choose the called WebBrowser (on the world-icon) using MyEclipse 4.1.1. I can’t find this option on MyEclipse 5 M2. Do you plan to reactivate this functionality on the final release?

In MyEclipse 5.0, we now just use the Eclipse Platform preference that has the exact same functionality. So you should be able to go to “Window > Preferences > General > Web Browser” and configure your Web Browser.
