A couple questions to learn more about the issue:
1) What Mobione version are you using? If 2.5 or higher please specify cordova version.
2) Is this the only app that you can’t install?
3) Do you have a build ID number that we can use to investigate?
It’s a device or a provisioning profile problem. Make sure your device is registered with the UDID number in ‘Devices’. Make sure the ad-hoc profile you are using to build the app contains this device.

Yes, that should be the issue. I asked more info in order to isolate the problem to this. Now, please rebuild your app with a provisioning profile file that includes your device on it and let us know how it goes.
