    Hi,

Can you share your device model and android version?
Also, is your app very big? does it contain many images, or are the gloss and gradient effect used too much?

Im using an O+ 8.5 model android ice cream sandwich and Cherry Mobile Flare (Jelly Bean) and Its not really big but it has many HTML pages and URL’s. I use icons that have small resolution only. At first, it worked well but when I add additional MULTIPAGES the error start to pop up and the app wont open anymore.

Which Genuitec product are you using?

If you are using GapDebug please note that only Android (kitkat) 4.4+ apps are supported. Your version of android is not supported by GapDebug. If you are using another Genuitec product then please share share and I’ll move this thread to the proper forum.

    Hi,

It is hard to say what’s up with your app on this device. It could be that your app is overwhelming the device’s capabilities, e.g., gradients and long background images can really stress some smaller older devices.
