I am using Eclipse M4 (200310101454) on Windows XP.

I have a custom XDoclet version with an additional hibernate subtask but even when I’m following all help file instructions about refreshing XDoclet modules, nothing happens. I have copied all files in my xdoclet_core-3.6.4 (the version that is referenced in my xdoclet-build.xml) and I can’t see my new sub task in my project properties. I have created a Standard-Hibernate element but when I’m trying to add a sub task, I only see the standard list.

    Thanx.

The update mechanism only support providing new versions of the supported functionality. To add new functionality, typically modifications to one or both of standards.xml or reference.xml are needed. These are located under the xdoclet.run plugin in the resource folder. Note that user modification of these is not recommended, but since I’ll know you’ll do it anyway, please be sure to make a backup first. 🙂
