Hi All,

I am trying to start the Weblogic Server from the Eclipse but ends up with the weblogic.common.internal.VersioningError.

Envirnoment details are:
– Eclipse Platform Version: 2.0.1 (Build id: 200208291828)
– WebLogic Server 6.1 SP4 11/08/2002 21:50:43 #221641
– WebLogic Plugin 1.0.0

Exception raised is: weblogic.common.internal.VersioningError: Incompatible service packs in CLASSPATH: (BEA Systems, WebLogic Server 6.1 SP4 11/08/2002 21:50:43 #221641 , 6.1.4.0) not compatible with (BEA Systems, WebLogic Server 6.1 SP2 12/18/2001 11:13:46 #154529 , 6.1.2.0)

Puneet,

First I need to point out that MyEclipse is not supported on Eclipse 2.0.1, only 2.1 at the moment. More information on our version support strategy is provided here:

Until you’re running a supported configuration, you will continue to have various problems as there are large incompatabilities with Eclipse 2.0.1.
