After update MyEclipse to mentioned version IDE stop offer in JS file list of methods with CTRL-O.
Also stopped opening declared javascript method via F3, it saysThe operation is not applicable to the current selection. Select a hyperlink target.Before update it was working properly.

Sorry to hear you ran into this – we did release an update yesterday to address with the TS and JS editors. If you check for updates again, you should get a small update to 2024.1.2 which will resolve this problem. Please let us know if you’re unable to access the update.
