I have recently installed (upgraded to) MyEclipse 3.6.0. When I try to edit an existing file, I received the following message:

Problems Opening Editor
Unable to instantiate editor: org.eclipse.jdt.ui.CompilationUnitEditor
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/eclipse/jface/viewers/IPostSelectionProvider

What am I missing? Thanks…

Eclipse 2.1.1
MyEclipse 3.6.0

It looks to me like you are trying to run the MyEclipse for Eclipse 3.0 on the Eclipse 2.1

I think I had not installed Eclipse 3.0 properly to replace my Eclipse 2.1. It is working now, thanks a lot!
