When you select project > Clean the text font color is still in black and I can not be distinguished from the background.

Thank you for the screenshot.
That is how the disabled elements will look in the dark theme. You can uncheck the ‘Clean all projects’ selection to see lighter font color for the projects list. I will also check with the dev team if we can assign a different font color for the disabled elements.
