I’d like to be able to manage multiple .mobi files and assets in a bundle as a single project. Meaning I’d like to be able to open a single control file and have it open multiple .mobi files for the project.

Am I missing some obvious way to do this?

Presently there is no explicit project concept provided by MobiOne. We recommend using a dedicated directory to contain the resources of a specific project. MobiOne projects are a planned feature that is near the top of our queue.
