Having deployed my project in JBoss 3 server (Jboss 3.2.1) everything is ok.

But if I close eclipse, reopen it and watch the Project deployment popup, the server name is Jboss 4, the location is still the correct Jboss 3.2.1 one. In the Windows preferences Myeclipse servers, JBoss 4 has always been disabled.

This is a little annoying, as I intend to test JBoss 4 later.

    eclipse 2.1.1
    myeclipse 2.6.0
    jdk 1.4.2

    Dom,

I tried to replicate this behavior on exactly the platform specified, but could not. Would you check and see if a home directory has been specified for your JBoss 4 connector, even though it is disabled? If one has been, please clear it and see if this resolves the problem.

In my JBoss 4 connector, the home directory is empty, JBoss 4 has never been installed in this machine.

Where can I find the “server name”, in my project or in myeclipse metadata ?

    Dom,

I just checked the identifiers we use and the ones for JBoss 3 and JBoss 4 are the same. This is an obvious bug and will be fixed in the next service release. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for notifying us so we can address it.
