The exploded EAR deployment in MyEclipse Blue Edition 7.5 aborts with the following error message:
Deployment failure on WebSphere 6.1[AppSrv01]. Could not copy all resources to C:\AppServer\profiles\AppSrv01\installedApps\someNode01Cell\EARMy75.ear. If a file is locked, you can wait until the lock times out to redeploy, or stop the server and redeploy, or manually remove the deployment at C:\AppServer\profiles\AppSrv01\installedApps\someNode01Cell\EARMy75.ear
The problem occures only, when the “Dependent Java Project Deployment Policy”
(in Preferences/MyEclipse/JavaEnterpriseProjects/EAR) is set to “Jar Dependent Java projects” with “Jars exported from dependent Java projects” enabled.The problem did NOT occur in MyEclipse Blue 7.1.1 and before, and it does NOT occur in the current milestone build 8M1.
We need the fix for the current MyEclipse Blue Edition Release 7.5 as fast as possible.
Could you please tell me, how and until when the fix will be available for 7.5?thx,
