    Hi,

I’ve built a web-app, all I have right now are .jsps.

Each time I save changes to one, I get a dialog that wants me to select a default web module. However, there are no entries in the list box, so all I can do is click OK each time I save changes to my jsps.

The project is running fine (I’m deploying to tomcat).

Is there a simple way to get that dialog to stop popping up all the time?

    TIA.

    Chris,

I’m trying to understand the situation a little better. Can you provide the following info so we can get started:

    1) OS, Eclipse version info, MyEclipse version info
    2) Describe how you created your web project
    3) Send us a copy of your .project and .mymetadata files in your project root directory as well as a screenshot of the annoying dialog

    Send info to support@genuitec.com

The project and metadata are configured for MyEclipse web support but the dialog is not familar to me. Do you have Lomboz installed in your Eclipse environment along with MyEclipse? Just curious!

The reason I asked is because the dialog is not part of the MyEclipse codebase. Therefore it had to be coming from another source. The dialog you are seeing is Lomboz requesting a web module for its own processing purposes. You can eliminate this nagging dialog by disabling or removing the Lomboz plugins from <eclipse install>/plugins directory.

    OK. That did it.

I’ll check with the Lomboz team to see if there’s a way for your two products to live together a little nicer.

    Thanks.
