Hello, at my job we recently switch from myeclipse for spring to myeclipse professional and we are unable to execute HQLs because myeclipse says that “Session factory not created for configuration:[OurProject]”. We are using the same source code that used to work on myeclipse for spring. Does anybody knows how to fix this??

    Thank you.

    lben,

Sorry that you are running into this issue. We could not replicate the issue at our end.

Can you please answer some more queries to help us investigate further :
    1) Can you please share you MyEclipse installation details from MyEclipse (menu) > Installation summary > Installation details ?
    2) Did you import the project from MyEclipse for spring or created a new project in MyEclipse professional ? If you have imported the project, then please specify the version of MyEclipse for Spring you have imported from ?
    3) What version of Hibernate are you using in your project ? Also, please mention what steps you followed while creating the project ?
    4) If possible, please attach a sample project which exhibits this issue to help us investigate further
    5) Clear the contents of the .log file located at <Workspace dir>/.metadata/.log file, replicate the issue and attach the .log file here
    6) Can you please check whether you can replicate the issue after following the Hibernate tutorial from Help (menu) > Help Contents > MyEclipse learning center > Developing JPA,Hibernate and spring > Tutorials > Hibernate introduction.
