I just isntalled MyEclipse 8.5, All-In-One version for Windows.

Afteter initial configuration of the plugins, via “MyEclipse Configration Center, I was hoping that “Software Updates” would appear under Help menu.

But it has not.

What am I missing?

That functionality is now available from Help > MyEclipse Configration Center > Software Tab.
You can click on “Add Site” link under “Browse Software”

Are you saying these step are now replacing Help–>Software Updates?

Or by performing the steps you suggested, I should get Help–> Software Updates appear?
