I am having the same issue, although I am using Blue 8.5 trying to migrate a JDK 1.6 RAD (Commerce Edition) Version 7 project over. I am also getting the “Could not migrate project. The Adding Struts support activity did not complete properly.” message using the Enhance feature. I found another posting that suggested that the problem is solved by removing additional struts-config files from the web.xml. That didn’t fix it. I am not sure what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I have paid for the license, so the question is, is there a better medium for faster response? Do I need to pay for additional support?
