Loyal WaterMemberCan you go to MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details and paste the information here for me.
Can you switch to a new workspace (File > Switch Workspace > Temp), create a new struts project and try opening the a struts-config.xml file. Do you get the same error?
What editor are you opening th file with?
Peter L. BergholdMemberCreated a new workspace, created a new struts based web project, double-clicked struts-config.xml and got the same result.
Here are the installation details:

Loyal WaterMemberI would like you to go to http://www.poweredbypulse.com and grab the pulse launcher. After launching pulse, add the MyEclipse profile to it and try opening the struts-config.xml file. Does it work now?
Peter L. BergholdMemberDoes it work now?
Yes it does! And I now have version 6.5 now! Thank you!
Peter L. BergholdMemberOh by the way… pulse is cool beans!
Loyal WaterMemberYour Welcome.
