Hi..All,

How do we do remote deployment using the IDE. I cna do the deployment if the App server is on the local machine where the IDE is. I remembered SunONE IDE could do remote deployment as long as you give the Remote server name & the Port (Domain).

Typically I have automated remote deployment using ant tasks. Not sure if that answers your question though.
If you can share the remote machine’s folder, you should be able to deploy to that shared folder of the remote machine using myeclipse.
