I talked to a lot of developers and could not find anyone happy with Pulse. Most developers update their current installations more than install from scratch and although shared profiles might be a good idea, it is only a good idea if it works flawlessly. If you were to sell two different myeclipse products, one integrated with Pulse and one based on the eclipse core, I would bet the core eclipse version would sell much better. But even easier, perhaps you can add the remove a feature option to your polls and put it up for a vote, this way you can more accurately gauge if I am in the minority…
