Right now there is only one way to reset metrics:
1. Stop the Secure Delivery Hub. (Server)
2. Delete the “${sdcDataFiledir}/database” directory if your Secure Delivery Hub is running with an embedded database, if your are using an external DB you will need to clean the tables of the Database used by the Delivery Hub.
3. Delete the following files “${sdcDataFiledir}/metrics/global-metrics.xml” “${sdcDataFiledir}/metrics/machines.usage.gz”
4. Restart the Secure Delivery Hub.
Note that deleting metrics will also get rid of any notification you have.
