Hi

I created a ios build 2 days ago and now my hard disk has crashed and have lost all data. Is it possible at all to retrieve the mobi projects files from the build or from your server please

It MIGHT be possible to retrieve files that are not too old as app center does some caching – but no guarantees. You will need to send us details about your app such as:

0) platform you built the app for ios or android ?
1) which version of cordova did you use 2.9, 2.9.1, 3.2 (experimental)?
1) app name & app id?
2) approximate date range that you most recently built the app?
3) if you built the app for ios then you will need to send the id of at least 1 device that is listed in the provision profile?

Send this info to support at genuitec dot com and use the title “MobiOne – help recovering my app”. Also include a link to this thread in your email. We will handle all other correspondence offline by email.
