Does MyEclipse 4.x auto create sequence and colaboration diagrams (et.al. UML diagrams)
for existing JAVA code when using the “reverse engineering” features???

All I can get so far is class diagrams.

At the moment our reverse engineering support is limited to Class Diagrams only. Sequence & Collaboration diagrams have to be created manually.
