Hello –

I’d like to use a third party RMI plugin with MyEclipse (http://www.genady.net),
but before jumping in thought I would find out if this is feasible or advisable.

These are the issues/questions for which I am seeking advice:

1) Are there any known or likely implications in using this RMI plugin?

2) Similarly what about adding it to the base eclipse install and using it there?

Any thoughts/advice most welcome.

RMI plugin has not been certified to run with MyEclipse. Im not sure of the issues that you might run into.

2) Similarly what about adding it to the base eclipse install and using it there?

Im not sure of its compatibility with Eclipse.
