I’m running MyEclipse v 2.6.3 in Eclipse 2.1.1 on Windows 2000 professional. I want to try out Eclipse 3 M6 with MyEclipse 3.7RC2. Do I have to uninstall the existing version of MyEclipse to do this or can I safely install 3.7RC2 with 2.6.3 still in place?

Yes, as you found should be no problem as long as you don’t have them step on eachother’s feet.
