    Under Wayland the mouse-wheel and the scroll-bar allows only scrolling upwards.

    This is my eclipse, I’m using openSUSE 15.1 with Gnome 3.26.2 under Wayland
    eclipse.buildId=4.11.0.I20190307-0500
    eclipse.commands=-os
    linux
