    ME 2017 on Windows 7.

Go to the top menu bar, Search –> File –> Containing text: new ModelAndView File name pattern: *.java –> Search –> Search pane displays all the relevant files under different directories.

I have to click on each individual directory to expand the files under it.

Now, let’s back to the older ME such as ME 2014, there, when right mouse click the Search pane, the is a menuitem called Expand All, that, when clicked, can expand all the files under different directories.

But for the ME 2017, I do not see the Expand All such menuitem anymore.

How to expand all the search returned directories and files for ME 2017?

    Thanks.

    Eugene

    Eugene,

In MyEclipse 2017, the Search view toolbar has icons to ‘Expand All’ and ‘Collapse All’ the search results.
Attached is the screenshot for your reference.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions.
