Search menu items are grayed out

    I just upgraded from version 6 to 7 and all my Search menu items are now grayed out. What do I need to do to get them working again.

    Can open a JSP file and once the jsp file window is active, try to work with the search menu. Does the problem persist?

    Can you go to MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details and paste the information here for me.

    Opening the JSP fixed it. Go figure
