Searching for a add-on / plug in that will allow me to select colors using octal values.
I searched the google/ forums, without success
Any idea.

I’m afraid there is no eclipse plugin for Octal colour picker. I suggest you cross post on Eclipse forums / Plugin development forums for better support on this query.
Let us know if you see any issues in MyEclipse.
