Few queries on Sequence diagrams

1. How do we link the classes created in Class diagram with the sequence diagram.
2. Is there any way that we create new methods in sequence diagram and the Class gets the new method created, and same is reflected in class diagram.
3. Is there any way to reverse engineer the sequence diagrams from existing code

is there a way to relate the sequence diagram classes and methods definitions to those in the Use Case diagram? or the classes diagram?? if i change a name in one of the diagrams (of a method, ect), would i see such a change updated in the rest of the diagrams?

what other UML tools would you recomend?
