    Is it possible to set -D options for Jboss in the app server connector configuration, or someplace else? (i.e. to set the configuration directory)

    Yes. On Window > Preferences > MyEclipse > Application Servers > JBossX > JDK. Set them one per line in the box labeled ‘Optional VM Parameters’.
