Hello:

I have fields that I am entering data on my APP. Using my Ipod touch, it takes about 1 minute to enter and go to the next field (on some fields). Can anyone help on why it is so slow? Would it be different on an IPhone?

(My Ipod touch is a 2nd generation.)

Hi Celeste,

We’ve never seen it do that. Does it happen on other apps or web pages on that device? Can you create an app with just a single field and nothing else and see if does it still happen? Could you share a design file or build ID with us?

Did you receive my APP through support? Have you looked at it to see why it is moving slowly from field to field? Can you tell what I have done wrong?

Hello Octavio and Wayne or anyone who can help:

I downloaded Mobi One 2.1.1. My APP consists of 9 screens. When it is moving to the last screen (RESULTS) the program terminates.

Now I have two issues.
1 – The APP running very slow moving from field to field, and,
2 – With the new version, the APP terminates in the middle of the APP.

Please help. I sent you my “real” APP through support. PLEASE CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON?
