[Gerald Hartling]

I just upgraded to Eclipse 3.3.0 and MyEclipse 6. I was looking forward to using the SNAPs but unfortunately they don’t seem to work. When I try to start a SNAP the progress bar gets about 90% complete and then it hangs indefinitely while using %50 of the CPU. Has anyone seen this?

I used the all in one installer on Windows XP. Here is the log file:

This is the first time such an issue has been reported. Need you to try the following:-
1. Can you try optimizing your memory settings as mentioned in this FAQ and then try starting SNAP.

2. Incase this doesnt help, can you switch to a new workspace and then try starting the app.

3. If nothing helps, you should reinstall MyEclipse to a brand new location and try the app once again.
