Will VE be supported to work along side MyEclipse 4GA, or are is Genuitec working on including the designer as part of the GA release?

DaveO,
We upgraded all the dependent libs that we use that VE uses as well (EMF/GEF/etc.) to the final build releases, so to install VE should only require dropping it right in without the dependent plugins and you should be ok.

I’m assuming you mean you’ve upgraded them for the GA release, because currently VE does *not* work with 4.0 M3.

Dave,

Yes, he did mean for the GA release on 8/29. The ones in 4.0M3 are the final RC builds for EMF/GEF etc.

OK.. was wondering why VE wasn’t working with 4.0 M3… Looking forward to it in 4.0 GA…
