So far 5.5 on Mac looks pretty good..!

    One thing I noticed was that the JSF designer works now. I don’t think it did in 5.1.

    Anyway – I like the tag assistance in the Facelets editor. Very nice touch – thanks.

    Hopefully you’ll get the rest of the Mac support fixed up with the designers. Looks like I might have to plunk down 170 bucks for JFormdesigner in the mean time…

    Dang… I had no idea it was that expensive. Then again Karl is a damn smart guy, the product is really polished and he releases revisions often. So ultimately, if it helps you get work done, then it’s worth it.

    Yea I know.. and while it’s a one-way tool it *is* pretty dang good….

    If you are already up in that price range you might want to run the evaluation of Window Builder Pro from Instantiations:

    Full round-trip support and real-time rendering support. They are pretty crazy about their GUI builders… not sure you are going to beat the functionality.

    300 bucks *just* for a GUI designer… blah.. I’ll use VE first.. 😉
