Sorry that you are seeing problems with CodeMix.
1. Are you working with a large workspace?
2. Any anti virus software installed?
3. Are you seeing the performance issues right from the time you installed CodeMix or only recently?
Have you updated to our latest release, CI 2020.2.25? If you haven’t, then please go to Help > Check for Updates and follow the wizard to update to the newest release.
If you are still seeing the performance issues, then please reach us via Live Chat (Help > CodeMix > Live Chat). We have some diagnostic tools available via Live Chat which will help us analyze the slowness.
