I have two web projects – proj and proj-exp (a subversion branch of the first) and using MyEclipse Tomcat for deployment.
If first project is deployed (proj) and there is an exception the standard trace is shown on the console. However when I click on the offending file to view the source MyEclipse for some reason opens source file from the second project proj-exp which is not even deployed.

    romovs,
I shall escalate this issue to the dev team member.
As a workaround try closing the project that you are not deploying.
Let me know if that helps.

Thanks, I have temporally resolved it by closing the second project.

    romovs,
Good to know that it is working.
