I was working on a Spring security project since last couple of months yesterday morning suddenly it stopped working. Could it be related to my license ? Same project is working with old plain eclipse but not in MyEclipse ?

Can you please provide some information on what is not working? What are the symptoms? If you are not using the correct license, then trying to use features related to a different license will produce a dialog prompting for the correct license. If this isn’t what you are seeing, then the problem isn’t with the license.
So, please provide full details of the problem and please include the information from MyEclipse->Installation Summary->Installation details. It may help to read this topic before posting.
